The Wellness Expedition and Journey to Fit offers divisions inclusive to Men, Women and the LGBTQ+. Anyone committed to an active, natural healthy lifestyle is welcomed and invited to compete at a recreational or competitive level.

Wellness Expedition Competition Rules/Guidelines
Wellness Expedition Stage Walk Categories:
Swimwear / Athletic Wear / Evening Wear
- Divisions: Men / Women / LGBTQ
- Age: Teen 13-15 / 16-19 / 20+ / 35+ / 40+ / 50+ / 60++
- Must be of age as of show date.
- Categories with 12 or more in their age division will be split by height. Age divisions with 1 entry may be combined. *Age 18 and under require parental consent.
- Level: Recreational / Competitive
- Recreational: New to the competition stage or has never won 1st place at a competition.
- Competitive: Competition or stage experience and has placed 1st in a competition.
Stage Walks:
– Time limit: No more than 1 minute in length
– Competitors must create a stage walk to their music of choice. A stage walk for each category competitor entered in is performed. Music must not contain any profanity. Please keep in mind this is a family show.
– Stage walks should be creative, display your personality and appropriate to category.
– Poses should display all sides of your attire and body (front, sides and back) Poses should work seamlessly into your stage walk. There are no mandatory poses.
Attire: Swimwear / Athletic Wear / Evening Wear
Swimwear: 1 piece, 2-piece, pretzel, tankini, boardshorts, speedos etc. No thong or G-string. Swimwear selection should fit properly, and complement your figure. Footwear may consist of flip flops, wedges, boat shoes, heels.
Athletic Wear: Any form of athletic wear (yoga pants, capris, bike shorts, fitted tanks) Be sure it compliments and displays your body. No lose shirts. Sneakers (wedges or heels are optional).
Evening Wear: Well fitted cocktail or long dress. Whimsical and fashionable. Men suits, or slacks with sports jackets or blazers whether worn or carried. Footwear should complement attire.
Wellness Expedition Judging Criteria: Wellness Expedion Judging will be broken down into the following 3 criteria.
Each segment of the competition will be judged by a panel of experienced judges with a background in either wellness, performing arts, or fashion. Show criteria and awards may vary for online events. Placement is based on the highest Top 3 scored. Judges placements are final.
- Stage Walk: Confidence, Creativity, Appropriateness to Attire and Music selection.
- Fit: Competitors attire should compliment and display a good fit for their body. Competitors should have a natural healthy look and not look depleted or too muscular.
- Attire: Choice of clothing attire, color scheme should compliment competitors skin tone. Make-up / Hair / Accessories should compliment and complete competitors overall look and not compete with their selection of attire.
Wellness Expedition Awards: Categories with more than 12 entries for their age division will be split by height.

Wellness Expedition Entry Fees:
$89 Wellness Expedition Single Stage Walk Entry
$55 Each Additional Stage Walk Entry
Multi show discount available to any competitor registered to compete in 2 or more Wellness Expedition events per calendar year. Contact Us for details.
*A Late Entry Fee of $20 will be added to Entries received after Early Registration Entry Deadline.
*Overall Triple Threat Award:
Any participant entered in all 3 Stage Walk Categories automatically qualifies for the Triple Threat Award. Top 3 Placements are based on the highest average score of all Triple Threat competitors. Top 3 are Awarded!
*WE Team Challenge:
Groups of 2 or more. Top 3 Teams Awarded! Additional entry fee $10 per person required.
*Fans Favorite 50/50 Split:
Family and friends purchase votes to support their favorite competitor and support our cause. 1 Winner from that days event. Available to Wellness Expedition & Journey to Fit Competitors registered for that event. *Purchase necessary.
Member Registration:
A valid LIVFITK Membership is required to compete at in-person events and applies to all competitors.Member Registration is $45 aand valid 1 year from date of purchase. *Member Registration and Wellness Expedition Entry Fees are final, non-transferable and non-refundable. Member Registration Fee does not enter or registers you for an event.

Journey to Fit Competition Rules/Guidelines
- Ages: 20+ / Open Level Only!
8 Week weight loss, transformation challenge for anyone beginning or already working toward a goal of natural health and wellness. Competitors may use any natural program excluding any form of surgical procedure or use of any prescribed or over the counter medication to aid in weight loss.
Journey to Fit Competitors walk in one 30 second stage walk in any outfit of choice showcasing their 8 week transformation. Additional details and required information will be sent to registered competitors. Journey to Fit Entry deadlines are typically 10 weeks prior to show date. Journey to Fit competitors may also enter to compete in the Wellness Expedition stage walk competition at an additional Stage Walk Entry fee of $55 per stage walk. Show criteria and awards may vary for online events.
Journey to Fit Judging will be broken down into the following 4 criteria for a total of 100 points.
- Total Percentage Weight loss
- Before and After Photos
- Question & Response: Each competitor will be asked the same 3 questions. Scoring will be based on competitors brief response.
- Stage Walk: Confidence, Creativity, Appropriateness to Attire and Music selection.
Placement is based on the average of each competitors overall score. Judges placements are final.
Journey to Fit Stage Walk:

- Competitors perform a stage walk to their music of choice. *Please keep in mind this is a family show and music must not contain profanity.
- Stage walks should be creative and display your personality.
- Poses should display all sides of your attire and body (front, sides and back) There are no mandatory poses.
Journey to Fit Awards:
- Top 3 are Awarded
- Special Judges Choice Awards

Stay on track with your goals; register to compete in 2 or more Journey to Fit events and receive a multiple show discount that adds up to savings on your Journey to Fit entry fees while making gains on your personal goals. * Please note: Due to Covid-19 show ticket pricing may be subject to change and may vary based on available seating at each event. Under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

$55 VIP Assistant Pass & Show Access – * Limit 1 per competitor
*Show Tickets/Backstage Assistant Passes are final and non-refundable. Show Tickets/Backstage Assistant Pass will be available for pick-up only on the day of the event.
**Current Covid-19 state guidelines/restrictions may limit show tickets available for purchase.

Music / Video Submission:
All music, photos, and videos must be submitted in proper format (music – mp3/ photos – jpeg/ videos – mp4) and received by the submission deadline specified in competitors welcome information packet. Failure to do so will void and disqualify competitor entry.
Vendor Services:
Hair / Make-up: For your convenience hair and make-up vendor services will be offered to competitors. Information and pricing will be provided in competitors welcome information packet.
Photography / Video: Photography is permitted. Video recording and live streaming is Not Permitted. For your convenience show photography services will be offered. Photographer contact information will be provided in competitors welcome information packet.
Venue / Host Hotel:
Venue and Host hotel for each event can be found on the Events page. Special group block rates are available for competitors. Reservations must be made by the deadline set by the hotel, are based on availability, and are subject to taxes and fees. Please contact the host hotel directly with inquiries and for their cancellation policy.
*Wellness Expedition & Journey to Fit Drug Screening:
Our events are for natural athletes, promoting and encouraging natural health/wellness and abstinence from use of substances and performance enhancing drugs. While we do not have mandatory screening at all events, random drug testing may be required and collected from competitors at events where cash prizes are awarded. If applicable, Cash prizes will be awarded upon testing results.
